Congratulations! We’re almost done!
When the wired money has been received and both parties (buyer and seller) have signed off on all the documents, the title company sends the deed off to Clark County for recording!
Usually if it’s sent to Clark County by 2pm, we should have it in the buyer’s name by 5pm the same day.
Otherwise, it’s usually official by the next business day!
Getting Keys
As soon as we’re notified that the home is in your name, your agent can get you the keys!
