2 – Before you make an offer on a home, I check the recent sales data in the area and help you estimate all the financial details.
3 – I help you analyze a deal and negotiate with experience, so you can make offers you won’t regret.
4 – I draft and review all the paperwork for you, so you can make decisions quickly and safely.
5 – I coordinate and handle communication with agents, sellers, title companies, inspectors, and lenders, so you save time and energy.
6 – I answer all your random questions in an easy to understand way, so you don’t have to scour google reading complicated paragraphs of text.
7 – If you should not buy a home, or if you should avoid a bad situation, I will let you know so you can avoid regret. I believe you should only buy a home if it’s a good decision for you!
